Aircraft & Aerodrome Movement Summary Forms

For more effective analysis of the data gathered by the Authority through occurances and audits, The Authority requires the operators to provide hours flown by each aircraft and the monthly movements at each aerodrome.
This is as required by Occurance reporting & Investigation Regulations 2009. This summary is to be provided to the Authority on its official forms CA 106A (available under Forms & Downloads -> Flight Operations)and CA 1006B (available under Forms & Downloads -> Ground Safety) for aircraft summary and monthly aerodrome movement summary respectively.
